These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brushi mobile application (“App”) provided by Sense Science Lab Ltd (“Senscilab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using Brushi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Brushi is designed for children ages 4–6. A parent or guardian should review these Terms and supervise use of the App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Brushi on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
For users who acquire Brushi through the Apple App Store, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) from Apple also applies. If there is a conflict between Apple’s Standard EULA and these Terms regarding your relationship with Apple, Apple’s Standard EULA controls for that relationship. These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA with respect to your relationship with Senscilab.
Brushi includes free content: Ocean, Dinosaurs, and Free Draw remain available without purchase.
Brushi Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks all additional coloring categories on the Apple ID used to purchase. Premium access is tied to your Apple ID and may be restored with “Restore purchases” on a new device signed in with the same Apple ID.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Pricing, taxes, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies. Senscilab does not process payments directly.
Free-tier limits may apply (for example, the number of saved free-draw pages). Premium unlocks expanded save and management features as described in the App.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of Brushi, approving in-app purchases, and managing device permissions (such as saving to Photos). Brushi includes a parental gate before purchases, restore actions, and external links.
You agree not to:
Brushi, including its artwork, mascot characters, software, audio, and branding, is owned by Sense Science Lab Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your child’s original drawings created in Free Draw belong to you; template line art and app assets remain our property.
Drawings and coloring progress are stored locally on your device. If you save an image to Photos, you control that copy on your device. We do not claim ownership of your child’s original creative work.
Brushi is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senscilab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sense Science Lab Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Brushi. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to unlock Brushi Premium in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you used only the free tier.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in Brushi. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
We may update Brushi to add pages, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
You may stop using Brushi at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or discontinue the App where required by law or platform policy. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sense Science Lab Ltd in the jurisdiction of its incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
